After battling chronic fatigue for 12 years without much relief from western medicine, Amy turned to holistic practitioners. With the help of many talented hands over the next 5 years, she learned to connect with her inner physician and release dis-ease from her body. She is 13 years free from her debilitating symptoms and has answered the call to teach others how to help themselves with symptom relief from autoimmune disease, chronic issues, chronic pain, surgical recovery, and more.
Amy became a foot zoner in 2011, a master health coach in 2016, and a massage therapist specializing in CranioSacral therapy and lymphatic drainage in 2018. She also uses a digital body analysis that uses vibrational frequencies to measure organ and tissue health to help enhance her client experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and has taken many advanced energy courses.
