Twisted Noodle’s Healthy Eats meal prep program is a great way to ensure that healthy meals are part of your routine. In today’s fast pace world, we often don’t have time to eat right. They offer a 10% discount using discount code HIVE10 when you order online. Meals average 30% carbs, 40% protein and 30% healthy fats. REGULAR meals average 400-500 calories per meal or 1200-1500 calories per day.
